Outsourcing typically means handing off a defined scope to an external team that delivers a finished product. Contractor work usually means hiring an individual for a specific time-bound piece of work. Staff augmentation sits between these — you get experienced individuals who embed with your internal team, work within your processes and codebase, and report to your engineering leadership. All models support both short-term (3-6 month) and long-term (multi-year) engagements. Pricing is typically monthly per resource based on role and experience level.

How quickly can you place specialists?

For roles in our existing talent pool, placement typically takes 2-4 weeks from kickoff. Specialized profiles or specific niche skills can take 4-8 weeks. We provide candidate profiles for your review and conduct technical interviews — you make the hiring decision, not us. Once placed, specialists are productive within their first sprint.

What happens if a placement is not working out?

Replacement is straightforward. If a specialist is not working out — technical fit, communication style, team chemistry, anything — we replace them. We do not lock you into long minimum commitments per individual. The goal is the right person in the role, not just any person in the role.

Where are your specialists located, and how does that affect collaboration?

Our talent operates across multiple time zones, primarily covering US business hours from our US team and Middle East / European hours from our UAE team. We can deliberately match time zone overlap to your engineering team’s working pattern — full overlap for synchronous-heavy teams, deliberate offset for follow-the-sun coverage. Communication happens in English, on your tools (Slack, Teams, Zoom, Jira, GitHub, Linear, whatever you use).
