— Overview
A complete approach to the work.
Cloud platforms promise enormous flexibility — and deliver it. But the same flexibility that lets you provision compute in seconds also lets costs spiral, security posture quietly degrade, and infrastructure complexity grow faster than the team operating it.
TronsIT Solutions provides day-to-day cloud administration as a managed service, with engineers who know Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud deeply and operate them under consistent best-practice frameworks. We handle provisioning, identity management, cost optimization, security posture, monitoring, and the dozens of small operational decisions that determine whether your cloud environment stays healthy or quietly turns into technical debt.
Most engagements start with a structured discovery phase to map your existing environment, identify gaps against best practice, and surface quick wins. From there we transition into steady-state operations under SLA, with quarterly reviews covering cost, security, and architecture recommendations.
— How It Works
From kickoff to ongoing operations.
A structured process designed to deliver results, not surprises.
We map your existing cloud environment across accounts, subscriptions, regions, and workloads — and benchmark it against current best practice.
Deliverable: Written assessment covering cost posture, security gaps, architecture risks, and prioritized quick wins. Typical duration: 2-3 weeks.
We address the most urgent items from discovery — open security findings, obvious cost waste, missing monitoring, undocumented critical paths.
Outcomes: Closed security findings, eliminated obvious cost waste, monitoring deployed across critical workloads, baseline documentation in place. Typical duration: 4-6 weeks.
We move into steady-state operations under your service agreement. Day-to-day operations transition to our team while maintaining clear escalation to your internal stakeholders.
Cloud environments are not "set and forget" — workloads change, costs drift, and security threats evolve. We continuously optimize across cost, security, and performance.
Beyond operations, we work with you on strategic cloud evolution — new workload migrations, multi-cloud architecture decisions, modernization roadmaps.

— Common Questions
Things people ask us.
Can you take over administration of an existing cloud environment we built ourselves?
Yes. The vast majority of our cloud engagements start with environments built by other teams. Our discovery phase maps what you have, identifies gaps, and stabilizes before transitioning to steady-state operations.
Do you require us to commit to a single cloud provider?
No. We work multi-cloud and even help clients design multi-cloud strategies where it makes operational sense. We will not recommend migration off a platform just because another one is more familiar to us.
How do you handle FinOps and cost optimization?
Monthly cost reviews are standard. We track spend trends, flag anomalies, recommend right-sizing and reserved capacity, and report on the financial impact of our recommendations. Cost work is part of the engagement, not a separate billable line item.
