About TronsIT Solutions
Who is TronsIT Solutions?
TronsIT Solutions is a global technology company delivering Managed IT Services, Healthcare IT Solutions, and Custom Software Development to organizations seeking reliable and scalable digital infrastructure. We were founded in 2017 and operate from headquarters in Austin, Texas with a regional office in Dubai, UAE.
What industries does TronsIT Solutions specialize in?
Our core specializations are healthcare organizations (clinics, multi-specialty groups, healthcare networks, and revenue cycle organizations), enterprise and mid-market businesses, and technology/SaaS companies. We have particular depth in healthcare IT including HIPAA-compliant infrastructure, EHR/EMR systems, and revenue cycle management.
Where do you operate?
We deliver services primarily across the United States and the United Arab Emirates, with engineering and operations coverage across both time zones. Our US headquarters is in Austin, Texas and our regional office is in Dubai, UAE.
How long has TronsIT Solutions been in business?
TronsIT Solutions was founded in 2017. Since then we have supported 50+ healthcare providers, delivered 100+ technology projects globally, and grown our team and operations across the US and UAE.
— Managed IT Services
Managed IT Services
What is included in Managed IT Services?
Our Managed IT Services include 24/7 system monitoring, HIPAA-compliant infrastructure, cybersecurity protection, cloud administration, network infrastructure management, endpoint protection, Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace management, remote IT support, and IT helpdesk services — all under one accountable engagement.
How quickly can TronsIT Solutions take over our existing IT operations?
A typical onboarding takes four to six weeks from contract signing. Week one is discovery and knowledge transfer; weeks two to four deploy monitoring, documentation, and quick-win remediations; weeks five and six transition into steady-state operations under our service agreement.
Can you co-manage with our existing internal IT team?
Yes. Co-managed engagements are common. We typically take ownership of monitoring, after-hours support, and specialized work like security or cloud, while your internal team focuses on user-facing support and strategic projects. Roles and responsibilities are clearly defined in writing before we start.
How is pricing structured for Managed IT Services?
Pricing depends on the size of your IT environment, the level of support you need, and any specialized services required. We offer flexible pricing models to ensure that our services fit within your budget while providing comprehensive support. There are no surprise per-incident charges.
Which technology platforms do you support?
We manage Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, major cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, leading network and security vendors, and standard endpoint management and cybersecurity tools. We tailor the technology stack to your existing environment rather than forcing a migration on day one.
Do you offer 24/7 monitoring?
Yes. Continuous 24/7 monitoring is included in our Managed IT engagements. Alerts are triaged automatically and escalated to engineers before users notice an issue, with coverage across US and UAE time zones.
— Healthcare IT Solutions
Healthcare IT Solutions
Is your healthcare IT infrastructure HIPAA-compliant?
Yes. HIPAA-compliant infrastructure is foundational to all of our healthcare technology services. We design healthcare solutions that prioritize patient data security and regulatory compliance at every layer — from infrastructure hosting through application development and operational procedures.
Can you migrate our existing EHR data without downtime?
Yes. Healthcare data migration is one of our core services. Our team ensures providers can transition to modern EHR platforms smoothly while maintaining data integrity and operational continuity. We typically run parallel systems during cutover and conduct extensive validation testing before retiring legacy platforms.
Do you support multi-state credentialing for growing practices?
Yes. We provide multi-state credentialing support, group enrollment, CAQH profile management, and Medicare/Medicaid enrollment for providers operating across state lines. Our credentialing team manages the entire lifecycle from initial enrollment through re-credentialing.
How does your Revenue Cycle Management improve cash flow?
Our RCM services focus on three levers — accuracy at submission, follow-through on denials, and visibility into financial KPIs. End-to-end medical billing, accurate medical coding, denial recovery management, and accounts receivable optimization combine to reduce time-to-payment and increase clean claim rates.
Can you build custom healthcare applications integrated with our existing systems?
Absolutely. We develop telehealth platforms, practice management systems, healthcare CRM platforms, mobile applications, and patient check-in kiosk systems — all designed to integrate seamlessly with EHR systems, billing platforms, and patient data via FHIR and HL7 standards.
What size of healthcare organization do you typically support?
We serve healthcare providers ranging from single-location specialty clinics to multi-site healthcare networks and revenue cycle organizations. Our services are scalable across organizational sizes, with the engagement structured to match your specific operational complexity and growth trajectory.
— Software Solutions
Software Solutions
How do you decide between custom development and off-the-shelf software?
We start by understanding your business processes. If a standard product covers most of your workflow with acceptable trade-offs, off-the-shelf is usually the right call — and we will often recommend it. Custom development makes sense when your operational requirements cannot be met by existing products, when integration is the core challenge, or when the workflow is itself a competitive advantage.
What engagement models do you offer?
Our flexible engagement models allow businesses to choose between full project development or dedicated development teams. Full-project engagements are scoped, fixed-price builds with defined deliverables. Dedicated team engagements provide ongoing engineering capacity that integrates with your internal teams.
Can your staff augmentation specialists integrate with our internal teams?
Yes. Our Staff Augmentation Services provide access to experienced technology professionals who integrate seamlessly with internal teams. We embed engineers into your existing workflows, standups, and tooling — they work as part of your team, not as an external vendor at arm’s length.
Do you handle ongoing support and maintenance after launch?
Yes. From software design and development to deployment and infrastructure management, we support the entire technology lifecycle. Post-launch we offer managed application services covering bug fixes, performance tuning, security patching, infrastructure operations, and feature iteration under agreed service levels.
Which cloud platforms do you work with?
Primarily AWS and Microsoft Azure for deployment, with cloud architecture design, infrastructure implementation, migration services, and CI/CD pipeline implementation across both. We choose the platform based on your existing investments, regulatory requirements, and the specific services your application needs.
Can you build mobile apps for iOS, Android, or both?
All three. We deliver iOS Application Development, Android Application Development, and Cross-Platform App Development. Native is usually the right choice for performance-critical or hardware-integrated apps. Cross-platform makes sense when development speed and budget are priorities.
— Engagement & Process
Engagement & Process
How do we start working with TronsIT Solutions?
The simplest path is to book a free consultation through our Contact page. We will set up a focused 30-minute call to understand your requirements, your current setup, and what you are trying to achieve. From there we propose a clear approach with no obligation to proceed.
What is the Free IT Audit and what does it include?
The Free IT Audit is a no-cost, no-obligation review of your IT environment. It covers your infrastructure, cybersecurity posture, backup and disaster recovery readiness, cloud and productivity platform configuration, and prioritized risks, gaps, and quick wins — delivered as a written report within 48 hours of the engagement.
How quickly will you respond to my inquiry?
We respond to all consultation and inquiry requests within one business day. Free IT Audit findings are typically delivered within two business days of the discovery call.
What happens after I submit a consultation request?
Within one business day we review your request and match it to the right specialist on our team. We then schedule a 30-minute call at a time that works for you. After the call you receive honest recommendations and a proposed approach — with no obligation to proceed.
Do you require long-term contracts?
We design engagements that work for your situation. Managed IT services typically have a service agreement with a clear termination clause. Project work is scoped and quoted up front. Staff augmentation is flexible by design. Our goal is that clients stay because the work is great, not because they are locked in.
What happens if we want to end an engagement?
We provide complete documentation, transfer all monitoring and management tools, and support a smooth transition to whichever provider you choose — internal or external. Our standard contracts include a 60-day termination notice for managed services.
— Security & Compliance
Security & Compliance
Do you support compliance frameworks like HIPAA, SOC 2, or ISO?
Yes. Our operating procedures, tooling, and documentation are built to support HIPAA, SOC 2 Type II, and ISO 27001 readiness. We can serve as a vendor reference during your own audits, and we maintain documentation aligned with each framework.
How do you handle data security?
Cybersecurity is a critical priority for every organization we work with. We apply continuous monitoring, threat detection, system hardening, security updates, and zero-trust principles across the environments we manage — security is built into how we operate, not an add-on package.
Where is client data stored?
Data residency depends on the engagement. We work with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) across US and international regions, and we configure data residency to match your regulatory requirements. For HIPAA workloads, we ensure data stays within US-based HIPAA-eligible regions and signed BAA agreements are in place.
Do you sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) for healthcare clients?
Yes. For all healthcare engagements involving Protected Health Information (PHI), we sign Business Associate Agreements as required under HIPAA. This is a standard part of our healthcare client onboarding process.
How are user access and permissions managed?
We apply role-based access control and least-privilege principles across the environments we manage. Access is reviewed regularly, multi-factor authentication is required for administrative access, and we maintain audit logs of administrative actions.
