TronsIT Solutions at the AKPC Strategic Summit 2025 — Partnership, Purpose & Healthcare Innovation in Action

The Annual AKPC Strategic Summit 2025 was not just a conference. It was a demonstration of what a long-term, intentional partnership between a healthcare organization and a technology partner can build. TronsIT Solutions attended as a contributing partner and sponsor across both days, and came away with a renewed sense of what is possible when technology and healthcare align with purpose.

— Day 1

Grand America Hotel, Salt Lake City

An Opening Built Around Purpose

The summit opened at The Grand America Hotel — a fitting venue for an event that carried both operational weight and genuine emotional resonance. The evening began with a cocktail hour hosted by ProMedia, setting a tone of warmth and connection before the formal programme began.

The most memorable moment of Day 1 came with the unveiling of the newly renamed AKPC Scott MacKenzie Foundation. Scott’s family was present, and the room paused to remember him — a moment that touched everyone in attendance and served as a powerful reminder of why this work matters beyond the operational and the financial.

The Evening Session

Guest speaker Sean Bott brought a perspective that was equal parts entertaining and genuinely instructive. His session focused on communication, connection, and emotional presence — the importance of making people feel seen, of introducing others with intention, and of recognizing that every individual carries a deep need for genuine belonging.

Khaleeq Alvi had a meaningful one-on-one conversation with Sean following the session, discussing how people across different roles and geographies each contribute in their own capacity to keep things moving forward — a simple but grounding reminder that every effort adds value, regardless of title or geography.

TronsIT Solutions as Partner and Sponsor

TronsIT Solutions attended as a proud contributing partner and sponsor to Arthritis Knee Pain Centers (AKPC) — a relationship that has grown well beyond a vendor engagement into a multi-year strategic partnership producing results across collaborative workflows, technology-driven efficiency, TronsHealth clinical capability, and joint ventures that elevate clinical excellence and long-term growth.

— Day 2

Operations, Innovation & the Road Ahead

TronsHealth — From Rollout to Results

The most significant technology presentation of the summit came from Michaela Martino and Muhammad Omer Tahir, who walked attendees through TronsHealth’s implementation journey at AKPC. The rollout began in April at the New Jersey location and was successfully deployed across all AKPC sites by August — a tight, well-executed timeline for a multi-site healthcare organization.

TronsHealth has proven fast, stable, and highly aligned with AKPC’s clinical workflows, consistently outperforming the limitations of the legacy EHR systems it replaced. For TronsIT Solutions, this was a significant milestone — a platform built in-house delivering measurable clinical and operational value to a real multi-site client.

— Covering the Full Scope

ScaffoldMED — A Platform Worth Watching

ScaffoldMED, presented by John Rush MD FACEP MBA MHA, Doug Roper, Kristin Palladino, Michaela Martino, and Muhammad Omer Tahir, is a back-office support platform consolidating EMR, billing and collections, compliance, IT, credentialing, and growth solutions into a single structure. It reduces vendor fragmentation, lowers costs, eliminates operational overload, and gives clinical teams more time to focus on patients.

Additional Sessions

Achieving & Maintaining Compliance (Paul D. Werner and Francie Case DNP APRN FNP-C) broke compliance down to reliable documentation, clear accountability, and proactive oversight. HA / Viscosupplement Treatment — GenVisc 850 (Ken L.) offered clinical insights on treatment protocols for AKPC’s pain management specialization. Round Robin Sponsor Sessions included Asahi Intecc Medical Division, Merit Medical Systems, and Ferring Pharmaceuticals.

Closing Reflection

The AKPC Strategic Summit 2025 was one of the most substantive events TronsIT Solutions has attended — not because of its scale, but because of its specificity. Every session, every conversation connected back to one question: how do we build healthcare infrastructure that actually serves patients better? TronsIT Solutions is proud to be part of the answer AKPC is building. Here’s to lifting, leading, and excelling — together.
